Weight Loss Dairy #1
I have gone been going back and forth for a long time about my weight loss journey. It all started while I was finishing up High School and now I am finished with my second year of College. I never thought I would come to this point! I am so proud of myself but I would still like to go a little further! So here is an idea of what I have done in the past few years.
At my heaviest I was about 160 and 5 feet two inches.
After high school I was at 155.
During my first semester of College I lost about 4 pounds. Nothing to crazy but still a surprise so I was at 151 and stayed there for about a year or so
Somewhere between September and April I managed to lose 13 pounds.
I was 138 pounds!
Then between April and May I lost 8 pounds!
My current weight being 131 or so.
I don’t own a working scale so I only get weighed while I am at the doctors office or if I weigh myself at the gym or something.
So you may be asking me what’s my secret. I honestly don’t have one. I try and eat well, drink lots of water, walk as much as I possibly can and that really about it other then I just finished a semester long dance class that met three times a week.
